It wasn’t until digital came along in the early 2000’s that I got back into photography. First it was a, catch this, 1 megapixel Kodak camera I bought just to take snapshots. But it awakened something long dormant. I quickly went to the Canon 20D, then the Canon 5D, 5D Mark II. After that the Fujifilm system caught my attention and I’m all in with Fuji now, my main camera being the Fuji X-T5. I have found a love of the simplicity of carrying only the camera and one lens, generally a 23mm prime. This makes travel much easier, decisions at a minimum, and forces me to be more creative with my thinking about a scene.
